How long has Landpro been in the industry?
Landpro was founded in 2015 and has been in the industry ever since. Landpro’s director, Michael, has been working in the industry for over 15 years with experience working with Sydney’s largest public and private developers.
What types of projects does your team have experience in?
The team and Landpro have experience in a wide range of projects across various asset classes. These include luxury residential precincts, commercial, retail and medical developments. These developments range in value from $10m to $800m. This experience has helped us use our wealth of knowledge in facilitating the successful development of your project.
What types of services does Landpro offer?
Landpro offers a wide range of services which fit into our 3 main categories: Advisory, Development Management and Project Management.
Our Advisory category offers services which include due diligence assessments, highest and best use study, market research and demand analysis, site acquisition, planning strategies, complex financial modelling, project delivery plans, scenario and sensitivity analysis, SWOT analysis and design competitions management.
In the Development Management category services include project brief and establishment, authority approvals, rezoning and planning proposals, development applications, feasibility studies and management, stakeholder reporting, project control groups, property development agreements (PDAs), sales and marketing coordination, consultant procurement, design management, joint venture representation, consultant and builder contract negotiations.
Project Management category services include superintendent services, head contractor procurement, contract negotiation, cost management, program management, value engineering, budget management, risk management and reporting, project handover and defect management.
